Before you start

  • Export your learner list as a spreadsheet from your current platform.
  • Download your videos and files, or put them in Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive.
  • Export quiz questions if you can, and paste them into the Excel or Word import template.
  • Note your current prices, coupons and which learners have access to what.

The move

  1. Start a free trial and set your academy name, logo and colours.
  2. Create each course: sections first, then chapters. Upload videos or pick them from your cloud drive.
  3. Import quiz questions into your question bank and build the quizzes.
  4. Connect your payment gateway (Razorpay, Stripe and more) and set prices.
  5. Import learners from your spreadsheet and give them access to the right courses.
  6. Connect your own domain when everything is ready.
  7. Email your learners with their new login link.

Keep learners on side

Tell learners a week before the move, give them the date, and promise their progress will not cost them anything. Keep the old platform running until the first week on TEACHNIQ goes smoothly.
